WestRock PMA Compact Gantry Palletisers are designed to meet modern production environments where space is a constraint and the need for potential future expansion is a consideration.

With a simple change over facility for faster set up times, each model can accommodate Euro or Chep Pallets and load products to chosen orientation at speeds of up to 10 movements per minute.

Products can also be picked in multiples to achieve required palletisation speed and pattern to suit the application.

Compact, fast, flexible

When selecting a palletiser system, the pallet pattern, product type, product orientation, product speed and system layout, will all be factors needing attention to suit the application.

Our base model Gantry Palletiser is designed to accommodate up to 15 movements per minute. Products may be picked in multiples to achieve required palletisation speeds in accordance with the pallet pattern.

Basic gripper will be a clamping, rotating system, other grippers are available depending on product type.
