NEW TFT500 TAPERED TRAY ERECTOR

WestRock PMA new TFT500 erects small 4-corner tapered trays for produce such as fruit, mushrooms, berries and herbs etc.

The TFT500 will automatically erect and form tapered trays from cardboard blanks and stack the open tapered produce trays, in desired format, with its integrated stacker ready for loading.

Easy tooling changes allow the TFT500 to erect tapered produce trays of varying heights and sizes, while the stacker can be omitted to suit production requirements.

For increased output, our twin head Tray Erector has an output of up to 60 trays per minute.

The Twin Head tray erector produces trays simultaneously whilst retaining a compact footprint. This allows for exceptional speeds of up to 60 trays per minute with the option for either glue or tape closure.

The Twin Head tray erector provides the fastest payback yet.
